Kasasa® Cash Back Checking Disclosure

Qualification Information: Account transactions and activities may take one or more days to post and settle to the account and all must do so during the “Monthly Qualification Cycle” (MQC). “Monthly Qualification Cycle” means a period beginning on the first day of the current month and ends on the last day of the month, in order to qualify for the account’s rewards. The following activities do not count toward earning account rewards: ATM processed transactions, transfers between accounts, debit card purchases processed by merchants and received by our credit union as ATM transactions and non-retail payment transactions and purchases made with debit cards not issued by our credit union. Transactions bundled together by merchants and received by our institution as a single transaction count as a single transaction for the purpose of earning account rewards. “Statement Cycle” means the period for which the credit union provides a summary of the financial activities and transactions that post and settle to the member’s account.

Reward Information: When your Kasasa® Cash Back Checking account qualifications are met during a Monthly Qualification Cycle, the following rewards will be distributed to your account: 1) 3.00% cash back on up to a total of $200.00 (PIN or Signature-based) debit card purchases that post and settle to the account during the MQC. A maximum of $6.00 cash back may be earned per cycle period. 2) ATM Withdrawal Fee Reimbursements: You will receive reimbursements up to $15 ($4.99 per single transaction) for nationwide ATM withdrawal fees incurred during the MQC in which you met your Kasasa® Cash Back qualifications. Rewards are credited to the appropriate account on the first business day following the last day of each Statement Cycle. When your Kasasa® Cash Back account qualifications are not met the Cash Back rewards will not be credited and the ATM withdrawal fees will not be refunded. Rewards may change after account is opened.

Additional Information: Account approval, conditions, qualifications, limits, timeframes, enrollments, log-ons and other requirements apply. Enrollment and receipt of electronic statements is a condition of the GENCO Kasasa® Cash Back Checking account. However, you may choose to receive a paper statement, as well, for a fee of $2.00 per month. Rewards may vary by account. There is a $50.00 minimum deposit required to open the checking account. To qualify for rewards each MQC the member must have 1) a recurring Direct Deposit or one recurring ACH Credit or Debit, 2) enrolled and logged-in to online banking and 3) 12 MasterCard CheckCard purchases (PIN or Signature-based) post and settle during the MQC. There is a limit of 1 account per social security number / individual taxpayer identification number. There are no recurring monthly service charges or fees to open or close this account.
